Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use the Service.

Generations are paid for with credits. The exact credit cost of each generation is shown before you submit it.

Subscriptions are billed in advance each month or year through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Each subscription period grants a set number of credits; subscription credits that are unused at the end of a period expire and are not carried over. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Pay-as-you-go credits are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. They do not renew and do not expire while your account is active.

Credits are reserved when a generation starts and charged only when it is delivered. If a generation fails, the reserved credits are returned to your balance. Subscription credits are used before pay-as-you-go credits.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

You keep all rights to the images, links and text you upload ("Inputs"). You grant us a limited licence to process Inputs solely to provide the Service to you.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for your Inputs, including consent from any person who appears in them.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use the videos and images you generate ("Outputs") for personal and commercial purposes, including paid advertising.

Outputs include a visible ADKA watermark by default. Paid users (an active subscription or purchased credits) can choose to generate without it; outputs made with free credits only are always watermarked.

AI outputs may be inaccurate or resemble content generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs and ensuring your ads comply with platform policies and advertising laws.

Do not use ADKA to create content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, sexually explicit, hateful or harassing, or that impersonates real people without their consent.

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload or bypass the security or billing controls of the Service. We may refuse requests that violate content policies and suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

We rely on third-party AI model providers and may add, change or remove models and features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADKA will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material we will notify you in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
