Account information: your name, email address and profile picture when you sign up with email or a third-party provider such as Google.

Content you provide: product images, product links, person or avatar images, prompts and edits you submit to generate videos and images, and the outputs we produce for you.

Payment information: purchases are processed by Stripe. We receive a record of the transaction (amount, pack, status) but never your full card number.

Usage data: device and browser type, pages visited, actions taken in the product and diagnostic logs that help us keep the Service reliable and secure.

To provide the Service: analyse your product, compose prompts, generate media with our AI model partners, and store results in your library.

To operate billing: reserve, charge and refund credits, prevent fraud and meet our accounting obligations.

To improve and secure the Service: monitor performance, debug issues and protect against abuse.

To communicate with you about your account, transactions and important changes. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.

To generate content we send the relevant inputs (such as images and prompts) to third-party AI model providers. These providers process the data only to deliver the requested output and under their own data protection terms.

We do not sell your content, and we do not use your uploaded product images to train our own models.

We share information only with service providers that help us run ADKA (hosting, storage, payments, analytics and AI generation), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.

If ADKA is involved in a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Generated media and uploads remain in your library until you delete them or close your account.

Transaction records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

You can delete individual assets from your library at any time. To delete your account or exercise other rights, contact us using the details below.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls and regular reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the product or by email.
